The Wilkes Barre/Scranton Penguins, like their parent club in Pittsburgh, are chasing a league championship this spring.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are getting a lot of national attention on both sides of the Canadian-U.S. border. After all they are in the Stanley Cup final and have some of the best young talent in the NHL.

I know they have to do it. I know fitness testing is an important evaluation tool in the selection process, however I hate it! No wonder Robert Esche is looking behind him as if to say “How did that puck go in?” during Sunday’s USA-Finland game at the IIHF World Hockey Championship. That’s because it didn’t. (CP Images)

World Hockey Championship goal judge snafu – honest mistake or corruption?

Chances are he may have left with a clue.
